STUDENT ENROLLMENT - FORM 600 ON-LINE
|

TORII STATION, Okinawa, Japan -- Form 600 is now on-line at www.pac.dodea.edu. This represents an efficient method for parents enrolling students entering into DoDDS-Pacific/DDESS-Guam. Parents can fill out the form on-line, download and print the form prior to registration. This information is required for enrollment of dependents into DoDEA Schools.
Parents are still required to bring the necessary eligibility documentation along with the completed Form 600 to enroll their children in our schools.
"By providing access to Form 600, parents will be able to collect and organize the necessary information and documentation prior to visiting our schools. Although the registration process must be completed at each school, our intent is to remain customer focused, helping parents and students during this important transition from one school location to another," said Dr. Nancy Bresell, Director, DoDDS-Pacific/DDESS-Guam. |
