| The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) Writing Assessment is administered to all 5th, 8th, and 10th graders to measure the quality of student writing. The Community Strategic Plan (CSP) set a goal for the year 2000 stating that 75 percent of the students should reach or exceed the proficiency level. The 2000 spring test results show that DoDDS Pacific (Guam, Japan, Korea, and Okinawa) students in grades 5 and 10 have surpassed the benchmark. |
