A Tool for School Leaders

Change Leadership: A Practical Guide to Transforming Our Schools provides school leaders with a comprehensive plan on how to be change agents in building rigorous standard-based schools.  The book offers a systematic approach for change leadership using activities to analyze and develop actions plans for school reform.  

The chapters provide critical questions, diagnostic tools, internet resources, examples, and materials for leaders to use when making changes that work for student success.  It gives leaders the opportunity to redefine leading change in their schools.  Principals were provided a copy for their school’s professional development library at the recent DoDDS-Pacific/DDESS-Guam principals’ conference.
