The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) Early Childhood Education (ECE) encompasses all programs and services for children from preschool through grade three. All of the DoDDS Pacific/DDESS Guam early childhood programs are dedicated to providing quality, standards-based educational programs that are appropriate to the a child’s age, developmental level, individual needs, and cultural backgrounds.
