The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) Pacific Diversity Management Equal Opportunity (DMEO)
Program Manager provides training, support, and guidance to districts and schools in an effort to prevent systemic
barriers and discriminatory practices that impede
cultivation of a diverse workforce.
The
DMEO Office processes complaints of
discrimination in a timely manner, resolves workplace
disputes at the lowest possible level, and implements Affirmative Employment initiatives. |

Additionally, it provides technical
and professional advice and guidance to
DoDEA Pacific workforce in accordance with Title VII
and all applicable DMEO regulatory guidelines which
safeguard the workplace from discrimination based
on sex, race, color, national origin, age, disability,
religion, and reprisal.
The DMEO Forum Grid provides information
regarding who and where to address workplace concerns. The Grid specifies the appropriate forum
or avenue to address complaints and disputes.
Time Limits
Personnel are advised that complaints of discrimination should be filed within 45 calendar days of the date of the alleged discriminatory action or event; or, within 45 calendar days of becoming aware of the alleged action or event.
